Fatal Accidents and wrongful death

If a person dies as a result of someone else’s negligence or fault, family members may be entitled to compensation. Spouses (wife/husband) may be entitled to support, benefits, and damages for the loss of care, guidance and compensation, including losses of income, housekeeping assistance and other services. In some cases these benefits may be payable regardless of who is at fault. In other cases, a lawsuit is necessary to obtain compensation.
